It only shows you posted once. Maybe it was just your computer or whatever device you were using that glitched and showed you posted 3 times.

The messages were deleted, well only 2 of them was deleted. I'm on a Samsung galaxy phone.

Weird, when I clicked on it the first time it loaded but didn't take me to the page of the notification and then I tried again 2 times just to get it worked, and when I refreshed the page there was 3 of them, and then minutes later 2 of them were deleted by a staff.

Yes, try not to click 'send' more than once. If you are unsure as to wether or not it really sent, copy your message, then go back to the topic, refresh, and see if it was posted. If it was not posted, paste your message into the box and try again.
