What is a Varg?

A Varg is an elemental winged wolf that can posess special abilities that match their element. There is currently five different elements to choose from.

Water Element

Water Element Varg are the more peaceful Varg. They are often the hunters and caretakers of young pups and the elderly. Spending most of their time giving to their pack or family group, Water Varg are very selfless characters. Female Water Varg often bare pups for their pack. Male Water Varg will tell stories to the pups and gather berries/prey for the pack. Water Element Varg dislike violence and tend to be quite shy for adventure or relocation of the pack.

Earth Element

Earth Element Varg are quite peaceful like the Water Varg, but will fight for their packs. The Earth Varg are usually sturdy bold Varg with large bodies and thick legs. Often found in the defence waves during battle, as their strong powerful bodies can easily hold back the Varg of other elements. Female Earth Varg are often found giving to their packs by being the main hunters, baring pups, and gathering goods for the pack along with the Water Varg. They also are the ones who stay to guard the den when there is pups. Male Earth Varg are often found close to camp in case of an attack by an enemy pack.

Fire Element

Fire Element Varg are very adventurous and trouble causing Varg in their youth due to their flaming fur. At a young age, Fire Varg still have yet to control their powers and can cause dens to catch fire and burn. Fire Varg are often the main offence in battle, their scortching fur burning those around them except for eachother. When a Fire Varg learns to contol his or her powers, they can obtain the ability to still have fire covered fur, but have it so the fire does not burn. Fire Varg also posess the ability to put their fire out almost completely except for small flickers on their paws. If a Fire Vargs flame goes out, that means the Varg will soon be close to death. Fire Varg are a more rare type of Varg, as only one pup is born until it is grown the ability to control its Flame. As soon as this objective is achieved, a new Fire Varg pup may be born in the pack. Female Fire Varg accompany the male Fire Varg in their duties of patrol and guarding the camp, as well as teaching pups to battle.

Ice Element

Ice Varg are quiet Varg who often keep to themselves. They have the ability to turn water into ice, as well as soothe burns, remove physical pain from wounds, and send cool winds across the sky. Ice Varg are normally slender Varg with long legs and are usually a light color in fur as well as eyes. They are very light and some skilled Ice Varg are able to actually float on large clouds. Ice Varg are usually used as scouts, messagers, and are often called for when there is an injury. Being quite weak, the Ice Varg aren't often called apon in battles. Instead, they are to overview from the sky as their fur usually hides them from view during battles.

Lightning Element

Lightning Element Varg are usually dark furred and sleek bodied. They are very independant Varg and only a few will actually stay in a pack, tending to be rogues or in very small families. Lightning Varg, when angered, can send small shocks from their body that can stun another Varg and kill some animals. To gain such power, however, Lightning Varg have to fly and stay in storm clouds to charge their lightning powers. Like Ice Varg, Lightning Varg can float in clouds. Female Lightning Varg rarely have pups of their own due to their unusual social skills. Some Lightning Varg, however, will fall in love and have pups of their own, tending to stay with their mate for the rest of their lives. When the pups of a Lighting Varg are old enough, they leave their parents in search of a pack to join, or go on to start their own.
