And there isnt an item that is in the store that you can use to reserve pets. (You can only get something like that from a Scratch card in one of my Live Streams.)

There is; but you can't buy them, you can only win them from a Scratch Card, which Night sometimes randomly does on her Livestream :3

You can only get a reservation pass if you win it in a scratch card event. I've been to a ton of them, though I'm not exactly sure if I managed to snag one.

They arent really called a reservation pass...... Satamoru and Flicka are the only ones who got a Free Pound Pet so far. So they can pick one before I open the pound. They got them from the LS.
