Everyone is allowed to adopt the pet. You've got to let them or he's not allowed. Also, people can type as much as they want. And some people don't want him in their sig but will put him on a character thread and not all will want to make him art. Make it simpler for people.

Well, everone is aloud i just want to see there form first and i want the people to type a lot since he was a favorite, and i don't want the people that adopted him to just let him sit in the dust.

I realize that but some people's sigs can't really be altered and they don't want to.
