However, perhaps you could make it more clear when exactly people can adopt again? Like, "one every 24 hours" or "one per day in Atlantic Standard Time (UTC - 4 hours)". Just so that people know exactly what you mean, and can't go and ask for two per day simply because they claim it's a new day where they are.
