- Only place an order to an artist if their hub is open. It clogs up the thread to post an order to an unopen artist.
- Make sure your two puppcakes that you are breeding are not related. Ask an artist if you need help.
- Line edits are rolled to pass, if you roll 40% or anything below it, your puppy will gain line edits!
- Accessories do not pass in breedings
- Animation is subject to artists and may or may not show up in breedings.
- Puppcakes can only breed together with the same pair once, so bare that in mind! In the future, there will be an item to work past this but for now, it's the biggest factor.
- We do not offer line transfers so do not ask!
- Out of courtesy, the person paying will get first pick, and then the rest has to be discussed between the two of you.
Custom Rules
- OC's turned into puppcake's will be up to the artist if accepted as a custom
- OC's turned into puppcake's must have written permission from the designer to be able to breed, and then it will be left up to the artist if they want to do the breeding!
- CS Copyright rules apply
- Puppcakes based DIRECTLY on copyrighted characters are not allowed.. They can be inspired but if it's a TV or video games twin, then it won't get approved.
a. Stuffed animals are OK.
b. avoid things like mickey mouse, direct copies of characters etc as an example
c. props like dippers hat from gravity falls, or based on album covers is OK.
- Custom may be declined by artist if they do not want to do it
- Puppcake's that are payed customs can be resold at the price that was payed for them, or at a higher price with additional commissioned art.
Breeding Rules
- No inbreeding, if you are caught inbreeding, you will be given two warnings. On the first warning, you will be given a 1 week time out. On the second warning, you will lose the ability to breed + purchase customs. If you're unsure about relations, ask an artist before applying! We will help you out.
- The same couple can not breed twice
- Litter swaps are OK
- You may breed by yourself or with a partner. If you are breeding with a partner, I need a message from both of you agreeing. One will post the breeding form, the other will quote and confirm it. Don't post the breeding form until you can both confirm it.
- Due to a puppcakes size, they can only carry 2-6 puppies at a time! The number of puppies you receive will be a completely randomly rolled number.
- When claiming puppies, the buyer may pick 2 for the price of the breeding, and may buy the additional puppies or let the rest go up for adoption. Breeding with a partner means that each person may only pick ONE puppy, and then may buy additional puppies.
- Only one person needs to pay for the breeding.
Each artist has their OWN form to fill out, please use it.
SPECIFY WHO YOU WANT A BREEDING FROM IF IT IS NOT IN THE FORM. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ARTIST IS OPEN.
