one type of stone/rock/etc: how about rose quartz? it's a basic favorite, i know, but i find it very soothing and calming to look at. i have a piece of it (it's a raw piece), and i think it's simply gorgeous. i may be biased because I love roses, quartz, and pink, but i think it's one of the prettiest stones!

one type of stone/rock/etc: amethyst!! im 100% biased bc its my birthstone but its just so amazing and i havent seen a lot of purple gems in my life :] (fun fact: purple and black are considered "mystical" colors because theyre the rarest to find in nature :]) or jade!! i find jade to have a calming effect on myself and it makes me feel very :]
