As an artist for the species, I haven’t spoke with Luna to confirm any other rules, but I believe as per CS rules, customs cannot be based of a copyrighted character if they are paid for. If you got the gem for free though I believe it is okay, not 100% sure however. Also customs can only be accepted when customs are open! That’s about as much as I know but again I’d need Luna to confirm it since she is the owner after all.

as you wander through the lands of the floating isles of Mystiqua, you decide to hold out the Circlet in a truly beautiful clearing. as you do so, you hear rustling in the bushes. an off-looking deyer steps towards you, it's claws digging into the ground. it touches the winged circlet and it vanishes.
