A Drat is a rat-dragon hybrid created in labs in an undisclosed location. When animal testing goes too far you end up with this. An adorable loving creature that loves snacks and cuddles. Like domestic rats, they only grow to be around a pound and can fit in your pocket. Capable of short flight, like a chicken, it is recommended to keep them in an enclosed area as to not let them escape. They come in all patterns and colors and some even come mutated from birth.

Breeding your Drats is super easy and fun! It can also be a wholesome and rewarding experience. Female Drats can lay a clutch of up to 6 eggs every two weeks. Every female can have between 1-10 clutches in their lifetimes, although every female is different. The most common number of clutches is 4. Males can be bred any number of times although its recommended not to overbreed them. Every kit born has a 10% chance of a random mutation of varying rarity. That being said the larger a clutch the more likely you are to lose a couple kits, most females can only successfully raise 2 kits to adulthood. Now that you know the basics we can start getting ready for a clutch!
