Currently we're still trying to decide what to do going further as far as item apps go as changes will need to be made to keep them as a thing. We'll make an announcement when that's sorted out!

Hi! Customs are made by artists; the way they work is that artists will open up slots on the customs/breeding thread and people can post forms requesting customs. The artist will usually either accept a fixed number of first come, first serve forms, or they’ll choose the customs that they most want to do! Right now no artists have slots open so you’ll have to wait to use your ticket.
