Traps are a one-time thing, as stated here 'You do not keep the traps forever, they are a one-time thing."

There technically isn't a cooldown, but its better to only do one at a time as your designs come out better. As to less stress. But, there is a limit of four people in explore, so go ahead if you wish to. :)

You take the toy and quickly throw it out. Instead of the dog that is watching the bait, a smaller dog, probably a female, but still pretty young, dashes out of the charred bushes. It heads towards it and picks it up. Its tail is...stubby, and its colored like a deer. It prances back and chews on it beside the taller one. The taller one barks and gets its attention, and together the two go for the meat, while you can tell the smaller one is just going to watch as it has the toy in its mouth.

Waiting, the bigger dog lunges and grips the deer in his mouth. The smaller one awkwardly steps into the crowded space, and tightens her grip on the foreleg. Soon the animal goes limp and the bigger one tears into its stomach. The eat briefly before tugging it outside with great force.
