Other: While Smudgey was heading to the river with Redd earlier, the two of them noted along the forest path there were some burrows with strange noises coming out of them. She spotted Algernon on the way home and told him all about today's adventures, Redd occasionally bringing her overdramatic self down to ground level. Also advised him that if he was heading to the park today as well, he should avoid that area in case of danger. Him being his overly reckless self, he paid her no heed. He contacted his friend Dash, who also has no sense of self-preservation, to go do some digging. Literally and figuratively.

Other: After a long day of App doing nothing at home he spots Pine within the house. He runs up to Pine begging to go out and do something at the park. Pine had sighed and agrees, since Pine thought it wouldn’t be so bad since they’d be out together. As they reach the park App excitedly explores the park as Pine followed behind. Pine was tired after walking for so long offered they take a break, App not wanting to stop offered that they’d meet back at the fountain. Pine thinks for a moment and agrees as he and App parted ways temporarily.

Other: Daffodil and Aspen have been itching to get out after the recent rains. They are really hoping to find a mud puddle to play in! :)

Daffodil and Aspen weren't disappointed when they arrived at the Park, finding plenty of mud for the two of them to splash around in! They returned to you after a couple hours, both in need of a bath immediately.

Dragonfruit decided to bring Honeycrisp to the park after meeting Cookie Crumbs! They didn't have their hopes up for a new friend, but they may find something fun none-the-less!

The two friends had a nice time at the Park together this evening. Nothing too eventful happened while they were out -- though Honeycrisp did find a discarded potion! He brought it back to give to you, and to rub it in Dragonfruit's face that they didn't find anything cool.

Stark and Minty navigated the wet and muddy Park to find a place best suitable for their picnic. They thought they had found a good spot when -- oops! Minty lost their footing and slipped right into a mud puddle! Stark helped them up before looking to see what had tripped them. It was a discarded BFL potion, half buried in the mud! Cool!

Neither of the Squirrels had been anticipating the rain showers this afternoon, but still they persisted and went to inspect the burrows Smudgey had told them about. Being small and so close to the ground, even with the mud they quickly found the aforementioned burrows; though they looked a little caved in. Algernon was prepared to dig and see what lurked down in them, when they noted the faint sound of something... scraping? Dash pulled them out of the way just as a large hare burst from the burrow, taking off into the woods. Almost got trampled!

Pine was leisurely sunbathing on the fountain's edge; his tiny bobbed tail twitching as the Squitten dozed in and out of sleep. The fountain had filled high with rain water, and threatened to spill over the edge. But he wasn't very concerned. Water wasn't his favorite, but that didn't mean he was scared of it. He had just slipped into a deeper slumber when a noise to his left jolted him out of it, and he opened his eyes to see none other than App. Half asleep, he was confused as to how his little friend was at eye level with him up on the fountain. Then his gaze trailed down, and he realized in shock that it's because he was seated comfortably on a Stray's head! Momentarily forgetting where he was, Pine got sharply to his feet and stumbled back -- right into the fountain! Oh, well. As the two laughed at him, he pulled himself back out. At least the rain water was warm.

Candy and Bunny were playing together near the picnic area, both having fun and also hoping someone would drop something that they could snatch away for a snack. They were well fed, but that didn't mean they didn't want human food whenever it was available. They'd been inspecting a recently deserted picnic table when they suddenly became aware that they had company. It was a Stray, much larger than themselves, but it seemed friendly.

Snowfall gasped as she saw her old friend, Lilac! Lilac's eyes lit up when Snowfall said hello. She couldn't believe her best friend, Snowfall, had found her!
Lilac didn't hesitate; she said yes before Snowfall could finish asking if Lilac wanted to live with Snowfall, Glow and others.

Then, they all walked home together.
