WHAT ARE LIL’ FLUDMORPHS?

Lil’ Fludmorphs are cold blooded creatures that come from a world called Fonquide. Their most notable traits are the layer of protective liquid that coats their bodies, and their ability to shapeshift and mimic voices. Thanks to seeing all of the different species CS has to offer, many of them have developed detailed patterns.

There are two types of Lil’ Fludmorphs: Lighter Fludmorphs and Darker Fludmorphs. They are like siblings, and always stick together. Where there’s a Lighter Fludmorph, expect to find a Darker one close behind.

Lighter Fludmorphs are experts at shapeshifting. They are very curious, and will take the form of other creatures they see so they can blend in and interact with other species. They also have ear holes instead of ears.

Darker Fludmorphs can shapeshift too, but they’re not as good at it. However, they can perfectly mimic voices the hear, and they tend to keep their 'fellow morphs' out of trouble. Unlike Lighter Fludmorphs, they do have ears.

RULES

1. All CS rules apply. If it's not allowed on the rest of the site, it's not allowed here.

2. Be patient. I am currently the only person running this thread, and I can be busy or forget to post adventuring results/whatnot. I’ll get to them eventually!

3. No stealing. You can show your Fludmorph anywhere you want, but you need to give credit to me.

4. No spamming. Try your best to keep everything in a single post when you’re using numerous forms/whatnot.

5. Don’t remove the signature. No matter what, if your Fludmorph came with a signature, you cannot remove it for any reason.

6. Do not sell your Fludmorph(s) for C$/any other currency. If you do not want your Fludmorph(s) anymore, donate them to the pound.

7. Do not sell/trade your Fludmorph(s) for other User-Made Adoptables. This rule may be changed in time, but for now, it is not allowed.

Breaking these rules will result in a warning. Too many warnings, and you will get banned.

FLUDMORPH POUND

Any Fludmorphs who are not adopted before the next batch is released/gets given up by their owners are sent to the pound. Anyone can adopt these Fludmorphs, though there is a limit of 1 adoption per day (per person.) However, new additions to the pound are unobtainable until rollover as to give everyone a fair chance at adopting a morph'.

EXPLORATION

Once you have a Fludmorph, you can send them off on adventures! With a minimum of 1 morph’ and a maximum of 5, exploration takes 2 days each, but you can earn things such as goo drops, crafting materials, eggs (rarely), and more! There is a 3 day cooldown between explorations.

Be careful! Your Fludmorph(s) has a small chance of getting injured each time they explore. But don’t worry! They’ll heal, but the cooldown will take 4 days instead of 3.

As of recently, your Fludmorphs now have the ability to ignore the map's warning explore Gloompass Swamp, but be warned; There are rumours that a dangerous Fludmorph subspecies resides there. But those are just stories, right?

Prism Cove
A sandy cove outcropped by steep rocks. Wild Lighter Fludmorphs reside here.

Dwindlight Forest
A shadow-filled forest with lots of clearings. Wild Darker Fludmorphs can be found here.

Higher chance of finding: Fabric Scraps, Metal Bits, Accessories

Gloompass Swamp
A dark, murky swamp, which is mostly uninhabited. There are rumors that a dangerous Fludmorph subspecies resides within.

HATCHERY

Welcome to the hatchery! This is where you can bring two Fludmorphs together and get some eggs. It costs 30 Goo Drops per nest, but if two users are contributing one Fludmorph each, it costs 15 Goo Drops per person. Both users need to fill out the form for co-op nest usage. For collaboration nests, each of you decide who gets what morphs' after the nest has hatched.

Even though the process is magical and genders do not matter, please note that Fludmorphs cannot be paired with any Fludmorphs that they are related to. Also, if you use two Lighter Fludmorphs, all of their offspring will be Lighter Fludmorphs, and vice versa for Darker Fludmorphs. Using one Lighter and one Darker makes it a 50/50 chance for each type, and V2 Fludmorphs have a 20% chance of their offspring also having V2 lines.
