*Calling your Atsumeru your character is perfectly fine!! (However, the designs should be credited back to the original artists. I do perfectly understand I cannot claim the idea of Food gijinkas, but these designs specifically, the lore and bases is created by me/future artists.)
*If at anytime you do not want your Atsumeru anymore, inform us! We will rearrange for them to find new homes!
*If you change your username, please inform us so we may change the ownership on your Atsumerus.

"Us Atsumerus are human, but we're also food... we possess many attributes of a human, but they're altered by our food roots. You see, long ago, this cafe used to be such a popular spot, and it was headed by this great chef! Apparently, one day, they wanted to try and add some new special substance into their cooking, but it didn't go too well? Apparently it caused some nasty side effects and tasted DISGUSTING to humans who ate it. Soon, food critiques came and made sure this place got shut down. The owner disappeared off the face of the earth, yet. It seemed the food they put this substance into, turned into us Atsumerus overnight! Amazing right?! Any-who! That's all I'm familiar with, Milk can explain the rest!"

"You see, this substance can be added into any recipe, and when baked/heated/cooled/grilled/freezed/etc. And left overnight, it turns the food into a Atsumeru. Us Atsumerus come in different forms, but we've easily split us off into four main food groups.
Ryoris (Cuisines)
Nomus (Beverages)
Amais (Dessert)
And then, there's us Ingredients. I'm still quite unsure how we came to be, considering we aren't recipes, but, we don't worry about that much.... we take on a variety of many different forms, looking from a normal human, or a human with cat ears or wings. I've learned that depending on what ingredients are in our recipes, we can adapt those characteristics into our appearances. For example, since milk comes from a cow, I have the horns and tail of a cow.... However, a notable trait we all have, is that we're able to produce what recipe we are efficiently with little to no effort. (Albeit, the taste simply depends on how good of a chef we are.....) I've also noticed that we carry a emblem of the food that we're based off of as well.... whether it be a brooch, a small simplified picture of it, or just a silhouette of it on our outfits." (Wheat and Milk's silhouetted wheat and milk design on their outfits- Milk's brooch-)

Ryoris are what you consider... normal foods! Things you'd eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! There are certain things like Soup, that questionably should be in the other group, but they stick with Ryoris. They come in all shapes and sizes, and look the most normal along with the Amais! Their blood tends to take on the color and consistency of what is included in their recipe page! (Pizza= Tomato sauce, BBQ chicken= BBQ sauce, French fries= oil) When sick, they tend to throw up a blend of what they're made of.... yuck.

Nomus is one of the more irregular types of Atsumerus, based to look more like beverages, they vary in shape and size as well, but their appearances are alittle different from Ryoris and Amais. They can have the attributes of shinier skin, or very shiny hair- their hair can even be alittle transparent or appear to have bubbles layered throughout it. Their eyes tend to look shiny as well. They can even have driplets of the liquid they're based off of dripping off of them, from their hair or their skin. (Assumbly sweat!) Depending on what kind of beverage they are, they can have steam coming off of them. They produce their beverage alittle differently....... by regurgitating it. c: Alittle nasty, but it tastes just like it usually should. (They can also produce it normally with labor as well, should you not prefer that option- they do though.) Their blood, sweat, and tears take on the color of what beverage they are! They also sneeze and throw it up as well.

Amais are similar to Ryoris, except that they're dessert based! Some things in Ryori questionably belong with the Amais(Pancakes.....), but I wouldn't worry about that much. They tend to take on more aesthetic and colorful appearances, and look.... fluffier and cute compared to Ryoris. Their blood and fluids take on the form of..... sugar. They bleed and sneeze sugar, whip cream, powdered sugar, the list goes on..... (Color changes depending on what they are!) They also efficiently produce what recipe they are as well! (Albeit, some might like to add extra details to make theirs fit their personality more.)

Ingredients.... well, are the things that go into recipes, its quite unknown how they came to be, since you can't really take milk and cook it alone. (If you do, more to you! c:) the Ingredients are much more rare to find, and they tend to act as grand masters over the recipes, since they technically are required to make them.... (More info on them later~)

Wheat requires the recipe pages to cook more Atsumerus, and the furos (which is pretty much gold) to go out and buy those ingredients to make the recipes.
