After an unofficial hiatus for almost a year, I'm sorry to say that the laboratory is preparing to close its doors on September 28.

Not only did I rush the grand opening before I was anywhere near ready, I made this thread not realizing the amount of time and energy that it would require to keep everything going smoothly. I'm too busy to keep this going, but at the same time I'm also too attached to the species to let someone else take over. So, in order to prevent another random disappearance from me, this thread's going to be closing in two weeks and the species will remain on hiatus until I'm able to properly develop and maintain fulsari like I wanted to.

I'm sorry that I suddenly abandoned the thread with no warning. I've kept you waiting for so long only to tell you bad news and not have any explanation for what I did. Still, I greatly appreciate the support you all have given the lab in its short lifespan. Hopefully, one day I'll reopen the species and it will be even bigger and better.

➳ You need a breeding ticket from the shop in order to breed.
➳ Breeding two fulsari can give between two and five pups. If two people are breeding, there will always be an even number.
➳ Each person may adopt up to two pups after breeding--the rest will be sent to the pound. You can adopt more by using chocolate bars!
➳ If you are breeding with someone else, please be sure to effectively communicate and agree on which pups you will be taking before posting on here.
➳ If two people are breeding, only one has to post. Either have the second person quote it with a confirmation or provide proof of consent through a screenshot.
➳ Fulsari that are related to each other (littermates, parent/child, etc.) cannot breed together.
➳ After posting a breeding form, you must wait one week from the offspring being posted to post another.

GENETICS

➳ Sometimes during breeding, mutations will occur. Some are rarer than others and some can only appear from breeding.
