as you're walking through the mountain range, you see a strange patterned snake-like appendage sticking out of a dense bush, flicking side to side slowly. perplexed, you stop to watch it, unsure if you should investigate further. by the time you make up your mind, the bush erupts in movement, a myrdo jumping out. the "snake" was only its tail. if you would like to keep your new creature, then give it a name and gender.

you head out to the mountains, stopping to take a break after an hour or so. you pull out your camera to take a picture, and the lens catches the sun at just the right angle to cast a reflection. you play around with this for a few seconds, then suddenly a torrin scurries over and begins to chase it. that's one big kitty. if you would like to keep your new creature, then give it a name and gender.

after several hours of walking through the thicket, finding nothing interesting, you set your bag down on the grass and take a stretch. you catching something shiny further away out of the corner of your gaze, and go to investigate. once there, you're unable to find it. back again, you find a bright pupip sleeping on your bag. if you would like to keep your new creature, then give it a name and gender.

you head to the shores with claudia, and she's all too quick to jump into the waves. you walk along the beach, the myrdo hopping through the shallow water to follow you. coming to a large sand castle, you stop to admire it. claudia suddenly runs back to your side, flinging water everywhere, and tramples directly through the castle. inside, there's a couple pieces of food and some ss.

you make sure to grab a few snacks before heading out to explore the mountains. halfway to the location you'd been meaning to check out, you realize that you've dropped one of them, and backtrack to find it. once you do, you discover it's half gone, the other half currently being devoured by a myrdo. you come if you would like to keep your new creature, then give it a name and gender.

you and pango explore the thicket, checking out the various plant life. some of them are very similar to earth's flora, while others are unfamiliar colors and shapes. coming to one in particular, you discover it's the prized succo star plant, and manage to pluck off a few to take home.

once at the shores, you and tiko decide to walk down to the tide pools. you explore the pools, finding several ss, while the myrdo finds a piece of meat.

you and rufus make it to the beach to realize that the tide is much further out than it normally is. you're able to walk far out into the sand, where the waves would normally be covering. out this far, you find some unusual items, though don't end up taking them. you do take some ss and a berry.

you and bumble head out into the thicket, eventually making your way to the larger of the two lakes. you let the little aifin explore the water, watching him as he moves about. on the other side of the river, you see movement, and look up to see a pupip watching you, cautiously taking a drink as it does so. if you would like to keep your new creature, then give it a name and gender.

you decide to brave a trek through the mountains after it had already fallen dark, hoping to find a good stargazing spot. on your way there, you keep hearing a rustling through the trees. every time you look towards the noise, nothing is there. finally finding an open location with a view of the sky, you settle down. with nowhere to hide, the creature following you can finally be seen, blending in with its dark surroundings. if you would like to keep your new creature, then give it a name and gender.

you and fleet walk through boxbell thickets, stopping every once in awhile when the torrin gets excited and hops into a pile of leaves. within one of the small piles, there's some ss and an egg.

you and toby go to explore the thicket, eventually stopping at an unusual looking tree. it's massive, with twisting branches and thick bark. a few feet up the trunk, there's a wide hole, and the two of you decide to investigate. inside, you find a collection of succo stars.
