you approach a cloudeer who's taken his mask off. he looks like he's out here because the party's too wild for him. he takes a second to respond, deeply thinking about what he'd say next. "i suppose. the constellation crinitus cervidae is especially clear this evening," he says, sliding back on his mask. he looks like he's about to speak again when another cloudeer calls his name. he hurriedly says goodbye before returning to the ballroom for another dance.

you hear a quiet boo from the back of the crowd, but nothing else. "thank you, i'll be here all night!" you say, turning around and leaving.
