Chinese Crested. I own one myself. Sargent is totally fab and one day (after he looses his looks) will win the World's Ugliest Dog competition in Petaluma, CA.

Aww, they're all so cute! I wish you could make a Welsh Terreir, but I think thats one of the ones you can't do. How about a Catahoula leopard dog? I love them. But for now I vote for American Pitbul terrier. (Sorry, I'd provide pictures but I'm on my phone so I can't)
