The spring cleaning and such (aka anything involving the art of the species) is done only by Cham as far as I know, so I'm assuming they either just haven't quite gotten to yours or they may have accidentally missed it while trying to do others. I'm sure they'll see this and get to it when they can!

As for being an artist, I'm not going to assume and say I know for sure, but I think it's only Cham that works on the art right now, and I don't think they're currently looking for artists, although I could be very wrong, so take this with a grain of salt. The offer is obviously much appreciated either way.
