What is the Agency?
The Agency is an adoption center that was originally established in 2009 by Jäger (previously known as Orthidel). It was taken over by a staff of four people afterwards. It has once again switched hand to me until tripp can take over again <3.

The mission of the Agency is to give characters a new loving home. Would it be a retired fursona, an old character or an unused design, our goal is to find them all a place to belong. Here, you can try out for those characters by applying for them and prove yourself a worthy owner.

Genral Rules

Be sure to read ALL the rules before posting in the thread!
1- Try avoiding drama in the thread. If something isn't working out, please PM a staff member or the person with which there is a problem.
2- Don't pest the staff about code-drop, updates and such. They all have lives outside this forum and try their best to manage the thread when they can.
3- Be respectful of everybody, even if you didn't get the pet you wanted.
4- If you change your username, you must PM the Agency staff about it. If you don’t, any preference stating that you must be PM for permission may be canceled if we can’t find you.

Adoption Rules

You must read these rules if you are planning to adopt a character.
1- Be sure to read everything in the donor's preferences. It may help you avoid annoying situation.
2- You must fill the proper form in order to adopt a character. It must be filled correctly and there should be at least a good paragraph in the History/Background/Other section if you want your form to be elligible for the code drop.
3- The Agency doesn't work with "first come, first serve". Instead, the best form wins.
4- If you are adopting a character here, do no donated it to another similar adoption center after adopting it. If you do not longer want it, please return it here. Also, the adopted designs shouldn't be used in art competitions, given to friends/family or sold for virtual/real money on any site.
5- You can't post a form for a pet that wasn't yet put in the kennels.
6- There is no need to repost or quote your form. We go through every page at every code-drop. The only exceptions is if your form wasn't elligible during the last code-drop, you may then repost it for the coming one.
7- If permission is needed for you to adopt a character, you must post a screencap proving that you got permission at the end of your form. If you do not know how, here's a useful link: Link
8- All the form must be written by yourself. Asking someone else to write for you is innacceptable. Doing this will only wins you a place in the temporary ban list
9- You may try for only one character by ongoing code drop.
10- Code-drop are usually on Saturday night, so do not complained that you've missed it. You have a whole week to work on your form, it is your responsability to be done in time.
11- If you PM someone for permission and they don’t answer you after two weeks, the preference will be canceled and you will be able to apply for the character normaly.

Donation Rules

You must read these rules if you intend to donate a character.

1- Do not donate a character that you do not own. This is theft and is reportable to higher authority in the forum.
2- Do not use any lineart which is not free to use. You must also always link back to the original lineart when you fill the form.
3- Headshots and partial pictures aren't appreciated, as they do not show the whole design. Those donations may be ignored.
4- No donations based off CS pets, Wajas or using any animal maker will be accepted.
5- Putting a character for adoption isn't permanent. If for some reason you want to take down a character you donate, please PM the Agency account or post it in the thread.
6- You can't donate a character that you also donated to another adoption center.
7- Don't go overboard with preferences. If you are too strict in them, they probably won't get adopted. If you can't take down a bit of these rules, then maybe it means you should keep it. You have to keep it mind that it goes to a new owner.
8- Do not donate a pet that you are also trying to get a home privately. We want to avoid confusing situation.
9- You can only donate 5 design at the same time, no more.
10- Donations are only open the first two weeks of the month. If you donate at another time, your donation will be refused.
11- If you want to design for the sake of donating, please put some thoughts in it and ask yourself if you would adopt this design.
12-we will now require the donor to tell us what they want us to do with the design if it has not found a home in 6 + months. if said section is blank upon competing the donation form, the form will not be accepted.
New- 13- Adopts from character genorators, such as doll devine, will no longer be accepted.

Revamp Rules

You want to revamp a old design? Please read these rules.


1- You should try to revamp old designs, especially those who never got one.
2- Do not revamp a character that was specially asked not to be.
3- Get as close as possible to the original design.

Breaking any of these rules makes you susceptible to have strikes (after three, you get a temporary ban) or even be banned temporarily.

Reason You Want It:He is beautiful and it would be nice to have a adopt that is not a wolf as i personally think that there are too many wolf adopts
History/Background/Other:Sol was just every normal wallaby except for the fact that he had different fur markings, this meant that he was an outcast from his wallaby group. One day while sitting alone on a rock, he notice a change and then realized that he could change into rare animals, not like the wolves. Why be a wolf when you could be a shark! Since that day, he has gone roud helping other animals by using his unusual ability.
