The Species

Western; Common
Growing Time: Five Days

This species of dragon is most commonly found on the ground for while it has wings, they can only sustain it in flight for about an hour at a time. The hatchlings' wings are not developed enough to fly, but they can be used to allow them to glide from high points. Western dragons have the ability to breathe fire and they're known to live in caves with stashes of gems.

Sea; Uncommon
Growing Time: Ten Days

Sea dragons are similar to sea horses in general appearance only. They are, much to general disbelief, the largest species of dragon, adults being about the length of two adult blue whales. That said, they are generally deep-dwelling and are rarely seen unless it's at one of their common trade locations. They are, however, known to have large undersea civilizations where they live together in a way similar to humans. They have tiny arms with hands hidden beneath large 'wings.' Despite their arms being short and their fingers stubby, Sea dragons are most renowned for their art; they craft gorgeous glass pieces using the heat from underwater volcanoes. The 'wings' can be filled with air and allow the Sea dragons to float to the surface of the water shockingly quickly. They are an oceanic species as there is no fresh water area that is large enough to contain them.

Faerie; Rare
Growing Time: Eight Days

Faerie Dragons spend their entire lives in the sky once they hatch from their eggs. Their slender bodies are feather-light and their wings provide extra air lift. Their limbs can fold into the sides of their long bodies so they can maneuver through the air like snakes. They only go to the ground when mating.

Adoptions

Here you can find eggs that are up for adoption. New litters are not released at any specific time and are just randomly thrown out there. A couple's clutch can hold anywhere from three to six eggs. Once all of the eggs are adopted, the parents can be found in the wild and adopted. Remember: you can only adopt one dragon per day.

The Wild

Here you can find wild dragons and the parents of adoptable clutches. Parents of clutches will leave the wild like their eggs: to the fastest user that adopts them. When it comes to wild dragons, however, you must have the best name for them within a random period of time.

Custom Scales are items that are shed by ancient dragons. They give of a strange glint in the light and can be traded to certain dragon fanatics who know how to resurrect dragons from them. The resurrected dragons can be made to take on any appearance although it is rare to find somebody who knows how to to work the scales' magic.

Breeding Talon - 30 Dragon Coins
Breeding Talons are taken from ancient dragon mates and are imbibed with their essences. When given to a pair of dragons of opposite genders, they can't help but fall in love with each other. After attempts at creating half-breeds, however, it was banned for dragons of different species to purposely be subjected to the power of Breeding Talons.

Bottled Fairy - 500 Dragon Coins
None currently in stock.
Bottled fairies are extremely hard to come by and are not often in stock. One must be willing to first capture a fairy to bottle one. If you release the fairy to a family of dragons, they will be most grateful and offer you an egg in return since Dragons and fairies have a life-long pact to protect each other. Fairies, however, may hold it against you when the dragons release them and may attempt to cast something evil on you. Fairies are not recommended for repetitive use because word travels on whom most often purchase fairies.

WARNING: Purchasing fairies is a gamble! They oftentimes escape before you have a chance to trade them in, leaving you with an empty bottle. Sometimes they'll even steal something or hinder you in another way.

Dragon Breeding

General Breeding Guidelines:
When breeding, please keep in mind that only dragons of the same species may breed. Forever Young Dragons may breed, but they may only breed with other Forever Young hatchlings. Forever Young is a recessive gene and is therefore only produced when two dragons carrying the Forever Young trait mate; Forever Young hatchlings will only produce Forever Young children when they breed.

You may breed one of you dragons with one of your own dragons of the opposite gender OR you may breed your dragon with another user's dragon of the opposite gender so long as the other user has pm'd me with their consent or has posted here with their consent.

Breeding costs one Breeding Talon, available in the item store.

Breeding two already owned dragons always produces a litter of five and the users that own the dragons are guaranteed one egg from the litter each. Their egg does not count to their daily adoption limit, but they cannot adopt another egg from their bred litter.

Customs

Here you can see the multiple types of customs available: non-growing, growing, and families. In order to purchase a custom, you must have Custom Scales. The total amount of scales needed varies per custom type.

Customs DO NOT come with lineart changes; I don't make those at all. If you want items to be added to your custom, you must purchase them separately from the store.

All customs can be ordered as adults or Forever Young dragons. Forever Young dragons will be stuck in the middle stage and an FY will be visible on it. Ordering Forever Young Breeding here is the only way Forever Young dragons can produce adult dragons.

There's a three custom slot limit. ^^
