ah, finally! after hours of carefully sifting through all the staff applications i received (and thank you very much to anyone who sent one in), i have finally narrowed it down and decided who is going to be our newest additions to the team!
Hawky<3 has been hired as a litter artist
MunchkinTheMunch has been hired as a litter artist
Alantica has been hired as a litter artist
200765 has been hired as a general moderator
the newly hired staff will each receive a pm as soon as possible with the details of their new duties.
archivists have not yet been chosen due to a mistake on my part. as soon as it's sorted out, i will pick an archivist from the submitted applications.
if you were not accepted this go-round, never fear! there will be another staff opening in mid december where you may apply again if you wish. and as for our new staff, i hope you all are as excited as i am to see what they can do for asteria walkers; please welcome them with open arms! and if you want to congratulate them, please do so on the new asteria walkers fanclub! from here on out, anything that is not strictly a form for adoption/customs/breeding/etc. or a question about how to adopt from a litter should be posted there. this is to prevent spam, and i would appreciate if all chatter/questions/concerns were sent to the fanclub instead of posted here on the main thread. if you should ever need it, there is now a link to the fanclub on the first post.

the Advent Calendar Event!!!
whoop, i have been holding this in ever since the day i started planning for asteria walkers, and now it's finally time! over the past couple of weeks, i have been noting down a new, unique theme for each day leading up to christmas. each day (starting today) there will be a new group of fully-grown asteria walkers on the adoption page; all winter/holiday themed. the most exciting part is that most of them have line edits, and there may even be some new exciting mutations mixed in there as well... c; and even though they're all from the same litter, you're allowed to try to adopt once per day; so even if you win one early on, you can keep trying to win again!
so, without further ado, i will announce that the very first group is up! a garland/tinsel walker and a holly walker!
