It's not either grammar, or punctuation, it's simple French.
The accent is not upon the a, but on the e.

Sorry, I feel a bit like the grammar police, but it's spelt: decision, rather than 'desision'. ;D

Not all of us care about the tiniest spelling error, so please don't point it out in future times, sometimes it only succeeds in making the writer just a bit annoyed and all the onlookers annoyed too. ^^" Everybody makes typos sometime or another.

If it really bothers you, I guess I'll change the heading~ though I just might take out the little accent mark, because I just hate typing it out.

It's posted when all the adoptables are up and ready, and the banner means you can adopt.
