Whiptail of the week

"Hello there!" You hear a voice, but you can't tell where it's coming from. "Up here!" Looking up you see a strange creature. They have black wings and a long tail with light blue stripes and its wearing an orange scarf with lighter stripes. It reminds you of a dragon almost. "You must be new here, or have we met before? I'm not that good at remembering faces. Well, the names Neon. Strange name I know." Neon huh? You wonder what Neon could be. As if the creature could read your mind he spoke. "I am a whiptail wyvern. At least that's what the humans call us."
The whiptail lands in front of you showing his real size for you now have to look down to see him. "As you can see, I'm not all that big which helps us to our advantage might I add. Our size lets us fly around much quicker and fit into small places. Whiptail wyverns are mostly harmless so when in danger we mostly try to avoid fighting at any means possible because we don't really have anything to fight back with except for our sharp teeth and tails" Neon explains showing a big grin to show off pearly white teeth. You sure don't want to make this guy mad. That would be a pretty nasty bite. "Because we are quite defenseless, we live in large groups." At this whiptails begin to show up left and right hovering around and surrounding you making you feel a little nervous. As you observe each one you realize that none of them look the same. Interesting. Some of them give you wary looks. "Sorry if you feel uncomfortable. Its just that some humans try to hunt us, so we have to be careful of who we let into our home, but you seem nice enough. Feel free to take a look around and see what we have to offer. If you need any help feel free to ask." With that Neon dismisses the whiptail wyverns and flies off to greet any other visitors.

"Oh, I see you're still here. Well that's good. I can tell you have been doing some wondering around no?" It is the whiptail that you met from before, Neon. They seem to be carrying something with their tail. "I bet you are wondering what I have here. Its a list of rules. Yes, I know rules can be a bit boring, but we can't have people running around doing things they aren't supposed to." Neon gives you the list of rules.

~13 Please do not abuse your whiptail wyverns they are very fragile!
~14 Be specific! Its hard for me to get it the way you want it if it is not specific
~15 If you can't afford something, I MIGHT work around it, just don't expect me to let it slide every time

You let out a sigh and hand that paper back. Neon shakes his head, "Keep it. I have extras. Oh yea, almost forgot. We also have a banning system make sure the rules aren't broken too often. Its a three strike system. First strike you get a warning. Second strike you get a warning and you aren't allowed to adopt or create a custom yada yada yada until the strike is lifted. Third strike will be a permanent ban and any whiptail wyverns that person owns will be taken away and put into the Hollow Cave to find a new home." the whiptail gives you a serious look. "Lets hope I don't see you on that list okay? " You nod. Neon smiles. "Alright then! Sorry to bug you, just doing my job. Remember, if you have any questions or suggestions just send a PM!" with that Neon flies off.

This is the Hollow Cave where abandoned or wandering whiptail wyverns come to visit. There is a sign nest to the entrance. Its says: This is a FCFS system! That means don't complain if you weren't the first one! Thank you and have a nice day. Taking note of this you enter the cave.

"Why hello there. You're here to breed I assume?" a wyvern suddenly asks. You jump at the sudden question and give them a confused look. What? "You do know this is the place for breeding wyverns right?" she asks giving you a concerned look. Oh. You nod your head giving the whiptail a nervous smile. "I'm Rose. I'm here to give you info on how to breed your WT. It is quite simple really. Just choose two WT that aren't related or don't look the same. You can even pair up with someone else's wyvern and you two will share the offspring equally. It is possible to get 1-3 offspring in one breeding unless you add a potion or something. If you breed with someone else's wyvern and receive 3 offspring then the one that doesn't get picked will be sent to the Hollow Cave. Keep this in mind that it is possible for offspring to get rare traits except for any custom traits." Rose pauses so that you can take in the information she gave you before continuing.
"A baby whiptail is called a whiplet. A whiplet takes 5 day to grow. During these 5 days you cannot interact with them for they are too young to do any activities and one cannot put accessories on them until they are fully grown. There are times when a whiplet never reaches adult-hood. No one really know why or how it happens it just does. Well this is all I have to tell you. Bye for now!" Rose head to the nursery to leave you alone and a little less nervous than before.

"Might I ask just what ridiculous getup you're trying to pass as fashion?and orange winged whiptail scoffs looking at you with distaste through her tiny spectacles. You can't help but feel a little offended. Before you could say something the whiptail hands you a catalogue. "Look through here. There are plenty of clothing accessories that will suit you. There is no way I'm letting you walk out looking like that." You give the wyvern an annoyed look before looking through the catalogue.
