The updates so far are for time management and organization. These will also help things like wild encounters and training be automatic.

To do so, I have come up with a bunch of positions for people to sign up for. In some of these positions, you will not be able to participate in playing but instead be helping it out like me.

Wild-Encounter Service
As a wild encounter service, you will be randomly generating a Pokemon based on the route a trainer searches. You will battle the trainer using Pokemon Showdown as the Pokemon. The trainer will have to try to do the default actions, befriend, bait, pokeball, or run. For the pokeball, they will have the chance of weakening the wild Pokemon like in the real games. This will increase their chances of catching it. You will be taught how to do this job by me in Pokemon Stadium.

Personal Trainer
You will be in charge of training Pokemon. Depending on how long they train change the amount of Pokemon they will fight. You will be using a EXP calculator to determine how much they level up.

Gym Leader
As a gym leader, you will need to submit a team of a certain type to me. There will be 18 Gym leaders, one of each type. When trainers earn badges, they will have access to event areas and special routes. Depending on how good they win changes their prize and pokedollars. For example, if they lost 1 Pokemon during the battle, they would get a better prize and more pokedollars than if they lost 2 Pokemon.

Elite 4 Members
It's more like the Elite 18 members because of the typing of each one, but I'll call it Elite 4 so people don't get confused. You will have a higher ranking than a gym leader and will have access of having 1 legendary and 1 mega evolution on your team. To become an Elite, you must be a Gym leader for a decent amount of time with good feedback.

Sprite Artist
As a Sprite artist, you will be in charge of making badge sprites, pokefusions, and event sprites. For example, we may have a winter event so many Pokemon may get a snowy makeover for this event. Each gym leader will need a badge, so you may need to do that as well.

Other Artist
As an Other Artist, you will be making banners for things like events and shops, stamps, icons, and such.

Forum Mod
Forum mods will be looking over the forums to make sure no people trading or selling are breaking rules and such.

Battle Mod
Battle mods are responsible of setting up battles and making sure cheatin isn't involved. You will mostly be used during tournaments and gym/elite battles. You may still look over wild encounters, training, and other battles to make sure everything is doing okay.

Storage Mod
Storage mods will be required to update trainer storage. Storage mods will be added onto positions like personal trainer and wild encounter service.
