adopting Rules
1.You must put these some where.
2.Dont put any where else besides cs without the donaters permission
3.If you have read the rules put "balto rules" in the others section
4.I have the right to not give you the pet if the donater or I dont want to give it to you.
5.I Will take your pet if you dont follow the rules.
6.You dont have to pay.
7.Species must stay the same unless the donator says differently but other than that NO changes
8.I it says must stay the same it must stay the same example:Gender:F must stay F.it has to stay a female.
9.Dont ask to get on the whitelist it will have the opposite effect.

2.Almost all donations are accepted
