I used Mysidia Adoptables to make it.
It's simple to use, but really hard to modify.
I also used a website hosting, they are important for making your site up. Like...withouth a host...no site.
There are free ones and paid ones. Obviously the paid ones are better, but you can try free ones.
Also, if you want to know how to upload it to your host successfully, go here (might be different, if you have any trouble please tell me):
