I want to make a flipnote with your foxicats!

What you need to do in order to get your foxicat in is the following. Fill out the form and PM it to me with "Foxicats" in the title somewhere {so it redirects into my foxicats folder}. ONLY PMED FORMS WILL BE COUNTED
