To answer your question. i dont think you can because the adoption rules state

New litters will be added every Sunday and you can only adopt one rabbit every week (excluding pound and breeding).

this means you can only adopt one rabbit, so if you entered the raffle you may get 2 </3 <3 hope i helped

But before that there was a notice saying that only from one litter. Snow changed the format after the litter had been posted. I think they still mean that only from one litter. Not exactly sure though!
