I actually did a little digging on the thread, and I found just.gold's custom post on page 16. It says that she's open, but her signature says she's on hiatus, so you could PM her or post but might unfortunately be declined. It could be worth a try if you really want you custom, though.

How many times are you on a day?: I'm on almost all day (even when i'm in school) unless im sleeping, eating or doing homework. But i'm online most of the time! (lol i have no life)
Would you be able to be active?: I do believe so, unless i get bored. But i don't think that i'll get bored!
What program do you use?: photoshop
Can you do animations?: depends~ but i can do some short animations, but i don't have a very well program for making animations, i usually just use my photoshop.
Can you make backgrounds transparent?: yes
Do you have experience on other threads?: I have owned my own threads but i've never been a moderator or artist on a other thread. I do own a deviantart account where i sell adoptables from time to time: fasinga.deviantart.com.
Other: I love to make designs with original and unique color palettes. I also have some great ideas for themed foxicats!! Also i loves foxes c:
