Upon reaching your destination, the fabled town of Kalittla, you set down your bags and sigh. You're a hardy, determined explorer, known throughout the land for your ability to conquer any task, no matter how difficult. And yet, the journey behind you had still stolen every last bit of energy from your body and left you in dire need of rest. Suddenly, you see a tall woman in a cowboy-style hat strut up to you.
"What's this? Somebody without any Kaite to protect them? Ooh, the nerve. You're in danger here, buddy, and... wait! This ain't even ya home town? Someone like ya wouldn't last a minute without a companion. And you're one of the stronger ones, too, by the look of it. No, without our Kaites, there'd be no safety. Maybe you should get one of ya own. Just an idea."
