i was just wondering could you maybe make an user made archive? its kinda hard to keep track of wich chiryuu's i own like this ^.^

You mean like a co-op archive? I've been thinking about it, but haven't made one yet. It certainly wouldn't hurt to have one since the current archive is a bit messy. =w=' I might make one after the event ends.

why not now? after the event people might have a lot more chiryuu's so it would be more work to put them in the co-op archive. besides that i am afraid i might be realy close to the max 50 limit you could also make an archive by user so each user gets an ow post with his/her chiryuu's in there

The thing is, the summer event really has drained my energy and inspiration to do anything about this species especially now that school started, which is the reason that updates are slow. I'd rather get one thing out of the way before I start with anything new. Over 50% of the event Chiryuus have been given out already, the maximum %of getting one is ~20% and the month is almost over, and Im not planning to make any more Chiryuus for the event. So far the maximum amount of Chiryuus gotten from the event by one person is 3 or 4, and I don't really count that as very many as a number.
Nah, if the ctrl + F function is correct you have 18 Chiryuus, so no need to worry about that. =w=
Practically the thing you described is a co-op archive. Each user posts there once and puts their Chiryuus on that one post. I think I'll let people have two-three posts though since 50 Chiryuus on one post could be a bit too much.

actualy the archive i said secondly is another archive , eve though each user has a post it is made by an archivist or the owner. it looks like this. the archive you currently have is an archive by litter. besides that you also have a co-op archive where each user makes his or her own post.

if you want me to i could be an archivist. i then would make an archive by user?

Eh, I'll see about that. I don't see a point in having 3 archives. (Yes, the co-op archive will most likely be done)
