Mini Whip-Tailed Dragon Adopts

This is just a small adopt center made by me (Picu777). Mini Whip-Tailed Dragons are tiny dragons with whip like tails and tiny bodies that can go in your signature. Almost every week over five of these little reptilians will be put out for you to adopt! Each MWTD needs lots of tender loving care, or TLC. Who knows they might be loved enough to evolve...
RULES
1. DO NOT STEAL THESE ADOPTS, I WILL MAKE A FORM FOR EACH AND THE FIRST PERSON TO POST WANTING IT WILL GET IT. IF ANYONE IS CAUGHT WITH A MWTD THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE ONE, WILL BE REPORTED FOR ART THEFT.
2. If you are going to trade or give away your MWTD please pm me first.
3. Do not be rude to others because they posted first.
4. Do not take credit for it.
5. Take care of them!
ADOPTING
I will post a list of dragons to adopt with forms. First to fill out the form and post for it will get it, if two people really want it whoever has the "Prettiest" form will get it. You may swap, trade, or give away yours as long a you PM me first. No begging for another person's MWTD. If someone is begging you please tell me so they will get a strike. Each person can get 3 a week but not more than 1 in a day. If you get a strike you may not adopt for a week. If you get two it is for two weeks Three will result in a ban, you will no longer be able to adopt.
EVOLUTION
If you get a pokemon or evolution dragon after two weeks if you remind me I may make it evolve. For example: Charmeleon adopt+Two weeks= Charizard Adopt. You may keep both without a form. Only three of each pokemon will be made: Normal, Dark, and Shiny. Due to popular command for all adopts I will ONLY do eeveelutions for bids.
