Welcome to Cupcake Cats Adopts! I'm Cotton Candy, the mascot! Cupcakes cats (CCs) are small cats the size of cupcakes that live inside of a cupcake wrapper. They were created when a scientist was making cupcakes, but some chemicals spilled into the mixture! When they were done baking, the cupcake cats were created!
