You must be able to make it transparent. (save it as a background-less .png or .gif or use a website to do so)
It must also have some type or line-edit and/or animation ^^
Keep in mind that if I don't officially accept you, you won't be able to continue to make them. I have accepted "temp artists" before or "litter only" artists before, that improved over time and became official artists. (ex: Snowstar)
