If no, do you know how to create transparent images? I have not yet learned how to do transparent images on paint tool sai, but I do know how to do it on oekaki.

Have you ever been an artist for another forum? No, but I have friends that will probably tell me all about it (:
Have you ever animated before? I have been on websites that let you animate, but they do not let me get the link or anything like that.
