angel'mlp are mlp's,that have a special power,due to the fact that a angelic being has made a special arrangement.the angelic beings give angel mlp's powers,by the angelic being transforming into sometype of dress,shoe,or jewellery,and latching onto the pony,giving it power.but..if the angelic being and the pony both break the agreement,the angelic being is banished and the pony,unicorn,alicon,pegasus,whatever turn to a earth pony and loose their powers.this rarely happens though,since the angleic being and the pony both get benefits,the angelic being gets minor control of a pony,and a pony gets new powers.for a pony to be detached from its angelic being,it goes into a special process called depowering,when the process is finished,owners can choose to keep their pony's old angelic being,and oneday you may be able to make the old angelic being a pony {owners,you can apply for depowering soon,im working on it}
