Customs are not open, no. Always read what is in the quote on the first page. Happy Halloween -which I must remove now- in the title takes up to much space to list what's open. In fact, it evens says in huge letters 'WHAT IS OPEN'. And customs is not listed there. Drake doesn't edit the mini-posts very much, so that's just for those who are too lazy to scroll back up. ò.ò
