Why woulf you be the best for this job?: I can frequently make litters for others to adopt ^-^
Rules: As I remember, they were Ffrst come, first serve, to not steal the linearts, to obey Tess's rules, no whining/swearing, no halloween or blood, to forgive your spelling, to have fun, if I get banned I lose my kitties, and to use the image provided on the thread to bump. For artists, no editing the lineart, no blood or halloween, you can remove me if you want, and I am paid per litter, not per cat.
Question, is changing the background so it's transparant [blends in with any background, like the CS themes] allowed?

Accepted, and yes you can make a clear background. I use pait, so i can't, but if you want to, you can.
