What you are applying for: Artist, although I could be a Guest Artist until you feel comfortable incorporating me into the sprite work.
How active are you on cs?: Pretty active, have been as far as I've joined.
Why you want to receive this rank: There's a lot of reasons, really. I'd like to be an artist here to expand my range of work, and that may include creating some Gracians of my own. This would also help me to get my work out into the CS community.
How many Gracians do you have?: Zero! I'd rather make them than receive them, yeah?
If artist, What program do you use? Is it transparent? I use a variety of programs, including but not limited to; Inchworm Animation (3ds, not transparent capable, scratch work only), MSPaint 2011 (transparent capable, scratchwork+other), Photoshop CS4 (pretty much anything, def. transparent capable.)
