Anyone that is caught gifting people their Puppi's, Treeleaves, or their items for CS pets will be banned from Puppi Plaza FOREVER.

Even though it doesn't say it specifically in the form, you ARE allowed to trade an item for a Puppi, Puppi for stars, etc. However, keep in mind that you are NOT allowed to trade with CS pets, like I said in the last post.
