These are some rules/guidelines for being a mod. I think it will help a little bit, so here they are:

.: If someone is spamming, you must tell them to stop
.: Try to be nice, and PM me before you give someone a strike
.: If the person keeps posting spam, tell them in a PM to stop and notify me
.: If someone is constantly bumping the thread, even when it doesn't need to be bumped, explain to them through PM why they don't need to bump
