I just thought of another idea! How about you let the required number of litters per artist be a certain number, but every week use random.org to choose one artist out of all of them to have the honor of making a special litter that you request?

Let's suppose the required number of litters per week is three. Each week, a random artist gets chosen using random.org. That artist gets to make a fourth litter by doing something artists are not typically allowed to do. For instance, if line edits are not allowed in litters, that artist would be able to make a litter with line edits. Or if litters aren't allowed to consist of all OMG so rares, then that artist could choose to do that for their fourth litter. Make sense? Basically, the chosen artist of the week gets to do one thing not usually allowed of their choice in making the fourth litter.
