I believe Glass means from a doll maker, like ones that are on one linart and customizable, and everyone can do it. And Glass, I do believe it is allowed.

It's just like with bell kitties :3 exchanging cs pets for the adoptables currency allows you to get exclusive items and such. It's perfectly allowed to exchange your pets for adoptable currency.
