What about trying to use tinypic to resize it? I don't know if that keeps them transparent or not, but as far as I know they stay nice and tidy when resized.

Yeah, sorry it couldn't be resized. And your form has been submitted. Once I have a few more applications, I will judge who gets to become an artist!
