Reason You Want It:I was walking through the shelter with my dog {furzona} Shadow to see if we could find her a friend or possibly a mate I looked through all the cages and tried my best to get Shadow to like some of them when she tugged the leash out of my hand and ran to kennel #21. I read the label then looked at the dog inside the kennel. Shadow was trying to get inside the kennel so i thought this must be the one she wants. So I took a good look at the dog and was about to say no but changed my mind when Shadow gave me her puppy dog eyes. I knew this was the dog she wanted as a friend and so i was gonna try my hardest to get her for Shadow.

Background: Akila came from a small town in Alaska. She had 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Her brothers and sisters were all different colors but she was the only one that was red in color. As she aged she became known for her speed and how well she could pull a sled. Her master got older and older but she seemed to get younger. People were offering millions of dollars for her but his desision was final. Akila wasn't going to be sold and forced to run sleds. Instead her owner took her out in the city where no one would recognize her and let her go. Three days later The Agency found her and took her to their adoption agency where they take good care of her.
Personality: She's a sweet caring peace keeper that is not afraid to stand up for her friends or anything worth fighting for.
