Why I Want Him;;
I guess it was just one of those sudden inspiration things; one where you just look at a character and have all these brilliant ways in which you can develop them. Plus, with a unique, semi-natural design like that, who wouldn't want to adopt this cutie?
What I Will Do With Him;;
As I do with all of my characters he would find his own page on my character site where he will be hugged, loved, and given lots and lots of art. I'm pretty excited to have a chance to develop this character and I may just have to rp him if I could find the time.

Roman is super socially awkward. He tries to fit in but he just doesn't know how to converse with other normally. His biggest weakness is that he has a tendency to fail to notice how serious someone is being or the seriousness of a situation. Because of this he tends to make others angry. If nothing else others tend to ignore Roman or poke fun at him for being so awkward.
This does not stop Roman from trying to be social; no, Roman loves to talk and crack jokes and is always putting himself in the middle of things whether others like it or not. It isn't like Roman is a bad feline, just socially awkward. Occasionally he finds a friend or two that can get past his social awkwardness and see what a friendly and humorous feline he is.
For as much as Roman gets put down, he does a good job at remaining positive and upbeat in the face of others. It is only when he is on his own that he lets his sadness out for being different and scrutinized. But even when he has these sad moments they don't last for long before he talks himself back up.
Roman is also incredibly smart. He is good at rattling off random facts and is always up to date with the latest news; it does help that he watches a lot of tv. When it comes to book smarts, he normally has his input and more times than not he is right. Now if only he could catch onto the social stuff.
In all his quirkiness, Roman can be quite lazy. When he isn't trying to be in the center of things or woo some lady cat with his total radness awkwardness he is lounging about watching tv, sleeping, or eating something.Favorites;;

First and foremost I think it is important to inform you that Roman is not just a cat;in fact, he is also a hamster. Now you may proclaim "how can that be!?" but I assure you, it is what it is. Roman might insist that he is a cat; nothing more, nothing less, but shove him into a cold snowy bank and you wont find a feline looking back at you with contempt. No, the sight before you would reveal a tiny hamster, shivering in the cold; just begging to be taken inside to where it is warm. You see, it is the cold that triggers this phenomenon; no one really knows why, it just sort of happens.
With that said; let us know take a step back and look at young Roman as a kit. Roman was born in a small Canadian town not to soon before the first snow began to fall. As you can imagine, the temperatures could get quite freezing at this time of year, but for a feline such as Roman's mother, cold weather meant little to nothing. You see, both Roman's mother and father were Norwegian Forester cats of the purest blood; a type of feline breed known for their insanely thick, warm coats. So, keeping warm was no worry and having a litter of kits in the coldest months of the year posed little worry to the mother; that is, until Roman was born.
Right from the get go Roman was a little... "different" than the others. Not only was Roman born the runt of the litter but his pelt was scraggly and abnormally thin for a Norwegian Forester. His mother worried, but figured his coat would thicken up before young Roman would have to take his first paw steps outside in the cold. To no avail, Roman's coat never thickened and remained thin. As days turned into weeks after Roman's birth, his differences only grew more. It soon became quite apparent that Roman was just a little socially awkward and struggled a great deal to get along with his litter mates. Of course, this wan't the biggest problem that was at hand.
It soon became time Roman and his litter mates to make their first adventure outside. It was an exciting thing for everyone, kits and mother alike; after all, snow had already covered the ground and who doesn't love playing in the snow? And so, outside they went. You can only image the surprise on Roman's mother's face when she looked down to find a little hamster among her kits. That surprise only grew when one of Roman's litter mates squealed, "It looks like Roman! Roman is a hamster!!" Shocked, Roman's mother swept everyone back inside to inspect this hamster look alike more only to be appalled when little Roman turned back into a kitten as soon as the warmth of the indoors engulfed him.
Devastated and shocked, Roman's mother concluded that it was the great outdoors that caused the transformation in Roman. With great sadness she concluded that Roman would never live the life as a wild cat like she or his litter mates would. As soon as Roman became just old enough to fend for himself a bit, Roman's mother took him to the human houses where he was taken in by a young couple. A place where Roman or his family would never have to face the humiliation of him turning into a hamster.
It wasn't until Roman got older that he pinpointed that the cold was what really caused his transformation. Lucky for him, his new house folk were fond of Roman and concerned about his thing coat in the cold. So, they bought him little kitty scarfs and mittens that kept him warm and helped to prevent the cold from transforming him. This allowed Roman to venture out into the world around the human houses.

This decision was actually tougher than I thought it would be (certainly tougher than kennel 1). Ultimately, I decided that you should win her, though. Reason:
◘ It was mainly your personality and overall character development that won me over. You had a very, very long and detailed personality that was very clearly thought out. It was also very clear how much you wanted her.
◘ Mango had a nice form, but the personality and history weren't as detailed. It felt like she hadn't detailed her out quite as much as you did.
