The roleplay that's up is the one that's up ANd elliej995 is looking for someone to make a new thread, so you could wait for that one if you want. ^^

When did I say no roleplays?

Yes you can create roleplays but if you can try to stick to one of the main 3. One on ones are fine, but as long as they stay realistic.

All is required for a RP is that you own a equid and RP that equid.

You didn't, but you never did say that we could make another WME roleplay in addition to the one posted in the Fanclub etc. So I wasn't sure...

The archive is no longer up to date. So I wouldn't bother. I understand how handy it can be but it is tedious hand adding all the equids.
