YOU MUST FOLLOW CS RULES AND ART GUIDELINES AS WELL AS MY OWN GUIDELINES
Read Below

CS General Rules

• Treat other members respectfully. If you have nothing nice to say, then perhaps say nothing at all. Any bullying or harassment of members will not be tolerated.
• Please don't use bad language on the forum - Please don't swear or use other offensive language on the forum. Even if you don't have a problem with using that language, it's not fair on other members who may find it offensive.
• Keep topic/image content kid-friendly, please! - just imagine every other member is 10 years old and behave appropriately ;)
• RP/Trading etc rules: Some areas of the forum have their own set of rules, so check the stickies in areas such as the Roleplay board and the Trading/Adoptions board if you wish to use those areas.
• Spamming - don't post pointless posts/threads etc. Don't post threads to advertise other threads (e.g. posting in general chat to advertise a thread you created in trades/adoptions section). Any posts breaking this rule will just be deleted.
• Posting images - please read our sitewide rules for posting images.
  
  If you break the rules you may find yourself getting a warning from a member of our moderator team. If you continue to break rules and disrupt the forum, you will be banned.

CS Pertinant Art Rules

• We take art theft very seriously at ChickenSmoothie. If we find you copying/tracing/modifying someone else's art (without permission to do so) it will be removed and you will be warned.
• Claiming to have made art which was actually made by another artist is not acceptable behavior.
• Tracing or freehand copying another person's art to create your own art is not acceptable.
• Modifying or editing another person's art without their permission is not allowed.
• Using or claiming ownership of another person's personal art, character or fursona design is not acceptable. You also cannot copy another character's design onto a new lineart in order to make it 'yours'. The exception to this rule is where a character was designed specifically for you - or for anyone - to use.
  
• Never edit, copy, trace, or modify any Chicken Smoothie images. This includes the pets, items, and website graphics. Please view the 'Chicken Smoothie related' section for further information about the acceptable use of CS pet designs or images.
• Creating a drawing with a similar pose as another drawing is NOT theft, unless it is clear that the drawing was an intentional copy.
• Creating a drawing with similar colors or markings as another drawing is NOT theft, unless it appears that the colors/markings were deliberately copied.
• One person cannot copyright a certain color, species, name, pose, or marking, unless the creation is highly unusual and original. However, this doesn't entitle you to copy any artwork that someone else has made.

Playful Pets Rules

• Do not beg, harass, or coerse me into making a pet for you. Not only will you NOT get a pet, but you will be removed from the thread and will never get a pet if you become an issue.
• NEVER remove either my signature or the linkback to this thread from your Playful Pets, as I will consider this failing to give me credit and I will report you for art theft. You do not have to display it in your signature, but wherever you do display it please keep the link in.
• Freebies are free for anyone to adopt and there is no limit to how many you may have. Any pets that are NOT freebies however, belong only to the person who adopted or commissioned them. Help me out and tell me if you see anyone using my images or pets without permission!
• I have the right to change the prices or pet exchange rate whenever I want. I will never request you pay more than was originally agreed upon, but prices may change between pets.
• Giving me pets as a "gift" will not increase your chances of winning any contests or auctions for pets that I run. I truely hope that if you are giving me a gift, it is out of the goodness of your heart and I will treat it like it is such. I believe you people are above bribes :3
• I (Pensword) is the owner and artist for this shop. My word is law.
• There are currently no mini-mods, don't believe anyone who says as much. Advice from people is appreciated and might be helpful, but just keep in mind if it's not from an official source!
• Do not harass anyone in the thread.
• Have fun! Really please do! Hopefully these rules should keep anything from getting unpleasant! :D

I follow all these rules and expect you to do so as well. We're all here to have fun and collect fuzzy things let's keep things cheerful and drama free!

~.Pet Info.~

Playful Pets are pets drawn and colored by Pensword. The original concept behind these pets was to offer adoptable pets that were in poses besides "standing there" and "running." These pets are supposed to look lively and ready to play. Currently there are plans for several different species to be available, and there may be new poses eventually. These pets are lineart colors/edits.

Tumbling Cats
Tumbling cats are the first Playful Pets ever available! They breed in litters of 2-5. Currently there are no mutations or line art edits available for standard purchase.
