Snickers Has Chosen

Snickers inwardly breathed out a sigh of relief when it seemed like none of the suitors seem to mind him trotting on their poor, poor toes. But perhaps, it was just because they were one of those few lucky ones who managed to escape his mad race towards the Altar. The mint colored courier shifted on his toes, embarrassment painting his cheeks a lovely shade of rose. When the gongs signaled the end of the interviews he had already picked out his companion. There were many friendly faces and boy! did he have a hard time choosing! Oh, he just hopes the other suitors won't feel too bad (or angry eek!) about his choice!

Quickly, the male Faerre slipped down from the wooden structure picking up a loose leaflet on the ground and raced towards a strange human with her fanged pony (fanged? I hope that does not mean she's carnivorous…) "Hi, um.. yea! I can teach you to read! As a courier, I had to deliver mails and packages everyday so I picked up on a few words here and there… that is.. um.. if you don't mind me accompanying you?"

Layne, please don't post things like this, I'm sure your disapointed in not winning. But attempting to make Tayio or the winner feel bad for your loss is uncalled for. In the future please only congratulate the winner and move on. There are many faerre's out there. look to the future and finding the faerre that was meant to be yours and perfect for you.

Soon after Snicker's departure another notice had been posted up. Most visitors were more than excited to know that the Altar was getting active again and that more would be finding a companion. Anari's arrival was soft and quiet, her paws carefully placed on the ground she walked. At her appearance, the audience silenced, taking in the majestic coat color that begged for attention. Splashes of purple and white mixing harmoniously on her pelt, dancing in swirls and rippled with every small movement. Everything stilled, not a breath was heard. When the purple Faerre shattered the thick silence by gliding across the stage. Her movements smooth, graceful, controlled. Her decorative pelt dancing and seemingly change with every light movement, every shift of light. Her dance was quiet, broken only by the soft whisper of her paws on wood and dust being swept away. Anari was a creature of few words, she was a creature who trusted her body to communicate her thoughts.

Anari will be judged in 7 days, 31st of May, HK Time

The tawny colored mammal slinked between the onlookers who gathered around the alter. To this forest dweller, they reminded him of a swarm of bees on a rose bush. He smiled, giving a small chuckle at the thought. The creature whos thought this belonged to was named Teraj. Teraj was a unheard of species, truly one of a kind. Part fox, part wolf, and part deer. Teraj had never seen another like himself, and was honestly beginning to get lonely. His forest Friends could only do so much. He had hoped to find someone at the Alter to accompany him on this crazy journey called "life". His jade eyes lit up when they struck Anari's stunning coat. It shimmered like a lavender stardust, cast out into the galaxy. The beautiful undertones swirled like a ivory vine down her sides, and Teraj couldnt help but to blush. When she emerged From The alter, it was like time had Stopped, and she was the only being there. The dappled Sunshine broke to form a spotlight, when began her dance. It was incredible. Teraj had seen many creatures dance, from peacocks, to Turtles, even a few horses. But none could even compare to the grace and elegance Anari put into her motions. She made The dance seem effortless to the hybrid, and all he could do was sit and Watch in Awe. When her ballet had ended, Teraj could only mutter, "Wow..". She was talented! The Crowd swooped in on The poor girl, each begging to take her. Teraj thought That The faerre was discusted. Finally, the crowd backed away, so people could begin to attempt to Take Anari home.

As the others began their woo's, Teraj waited patiently. Some of the others were quite formidable, but he was sure that his woo would rein supreme. As the last suitor stepped back, Teraj swayed forward. His fawn-tail stood erect, tail tip swaying, as he gradually moved closer. The fox-wolf-deer inhaled deeply, and shoved his snout up to the sky, then let out a magnificent howl. His song lasted a few moments, and appeared to give the crowd goosebumps. Teraj looked back down at Anari, as he began to sway and tap his paws, in a sort of dance.
"Dance with me, Anari, and I promise you'll never regret your choice. We can dance in a field of butterflys and flowers, spinning like a leaf, and swaying like a tulip. Every night, the forest is alive with a wild music that you would be perfect for. Those paws moving to the rhythm of The reeds, tail twitching to the slap of a catfish. You'll love it. " He murmured, smiling handsomely at the faerre.
